We call ourselves the Farmers Family for a reason – there are no strangers here and we enjoy each other’s company. We work hard, we face challenges together (both professional and personal), and we share some laughs along the way. Hands down, the best career decision I could have ever made was joining Farmers of Salem’s team. I am incredibly grateful that I was given the opportunity to learn and grow with this company. Farmers is also extremely supportive and encouraging of their employees’ continuing education within the industry.

I just hit my 2 year mark with Farmers and am still impressed by the team/family spirit throughout the company. Peers encourage and assist with goals - in & out of the office. Upper management is open, listens and often acts on employee ideas and concerns. Plus - we do have a lot of fun around here!!

Although I am new to Farmers of Salem, I am more than just a number here. Everyone I talk to tells me this has been the best place they have ever worked, and I see why.
